Custom Jewellery ordering

What does it mean?

We always try to carry a wide selection of jewellery options with something for everyone. But sometimes we need a different size or orientation. Or sometimes a client wants different gems, different gold colour or a completely unique piece.

That’s when custom orders come in! If you’re looking for something we don’t have in store then we’d love to bring it in - just for you!

BVLA is our most popular jewellery manufacturer for custom orders. When it comes to BVLA the sky is pretty much the limit for what they can make for you. You can choose a design from their catalogue and we can help you customize the gemstones and material. Or we can go a step further and help you design something completely from scratch. We would love to discuss options and ideas with you!

We do custom orders with our other manufacturers as well but they are more restricted. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about anything you’re looking for or dreaming of!

Making a custom order

How do I order?

If you’re local to us it’s easiest to make an appointment (or even stop by the studio for a casual chat) so we have an exact idea of sizing and placement. We want to make absolutely sure that what we’re ordering fits properly and is exactly what you want!

If you’re not local we can absolutely still order for you and ship it out to wherever you are!

We always give you a quote (or quotes if we’re looking at variations or multiple options) and estimate on turnaround time before we confirm an order. Once you are happy with the design and quote we take a 50% deposit then send off your order. Once your order arrives we’ll contact you and get the rest of the payment when you pick up your jewellery or before we ship it out.
